The Chelsea Special is a large timepiece whose chimes will resonate
throughout a large room and whose presence becomes the focal point in the room.
The clocks raised numerals are gold plated brass. Each Special is numbered, registered
and comes packaged in a large custom designed and manufactured gift box and has a five year warranty.
All the clocks in the Special Grand Collection have this beauty but the refined elegance and simplicity of the Special clock makes it extra special. In designing this Collection, we have considered the larger scale of rooms being built today. They require larger pieces of furniture and accessories to compliment their higher ceilings and grander proportions. Still, just to build large is never satisfying. Like the Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco, the Eiffel Tower in Paris or the John Hancock Building in Boston, Chelsea designers have combined scale with proportion and simplicity of line to create an object that not only exists well in its environment but contributes much to it.
