Only one thousand Chelsea Winged Victory Clocks will be manufactured. This impressive timepiece stands nine inches high, is fourteen inches wide with a six-inch dial diameter. The clock's precision ship's bell movement strikes a distinctive tone on the hour and half hour. It can be silenced at night. A Chelsea mechanical timepiece is the world's finest. Its gold plated, jeweled and polished precision parts guarantee accuracy for generations.

Each timepiece is numbered and registered and comes in a gift box custom designed by Chelsea. The clocks face was handcrafted in brass using an entirely new process-a combination of die striking, acid etching, enameling, silvering and polishing. Roman numerals and victory design are raised. Base is solid American walnut. Case is thick forged brass.
