"No Matter What"
RETURN POLICY
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may
return it -
no matter what - within 15 days of receipt.
We’ll even arrange
for pick up
of your item, and the return shipping upon request.
Please
contact us within 15 days of receiving your item for our return
authorization.
You may request a pick up at that time if desired. Please insure return
shipments, as we are not responsible for shipping loss or damage. Upon
our
receipt of your return, and verification of condition, you may elect
a credit
toward another purchase, or a refund of your purchase price (less
return
shipping
charges, and restocking fee, if applicable).
Shipping Charges:
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return of any item which included free shipping voids the free shipping service. Original shipping charges will be deducted from any refund issued.
Terms: Return
authorization
required. Returns must be in new,
unused and resalable condition, with original packaging and contents.
In-store credit toward purchase must be used within 30 days.
Exclusions: The
following items are covered
by warranty for defect, but are not returnable for refund or
credit:

Customized, directly engraved, or personalized items (including
re-sized). (2) Ocean Clocks products (3) Yachting Instruments Ltd.
products
(including Tidemaster UK
watches) or ashortwalk products. (4) Chelsea Clock products. (5)
Accessory items (mounts,
sensors,
wiring, etc.). (6) Discounted and/or volume orders of any size. (7)
Government,
corporate, and institutional orders (except individual gifts).
PRICING
We maintain
competetive prices on all the products we sell. When
comparing prices, please compare the price of the exact same
item - including
shipping costs, and "handling fees", as this can add significantly to
your final "delivered" price.
SHIPPING
ASSURANCE
All continental U. S. customers receive FREE ground shipping on many
items, low flat rate shipping on all other
items.
Flat rate shipping is calculated using the lowest cost shipping
method available (normally UPS or FedEx ground).
In stock
orders ship within 1 business day - many the same business day. If you
have not received shipping confirmation within 3 business days, please
contact us. If you are purchasing a limited edition, pre-order, import,
pre-order, or out
of stock item, we will provide an estimated shipping date.
International, AK. and HI. shipping is quoted upon
request. We currently do not ship to Afghanistan, Indonesia, Iran,
Iraq, Lebanon, Turkey, and Yemen. We reserve
the right to refuse shipment to any location.International shipments
must be insured. No guarantee is made
as to delivery times to any International address. All duty or tax is
the sole responsibility of the customer.
APO/FPO
Shipments
We
ship to APO/FPO addresses via
USPS
Priority - Insured only. No guarantee is made as to delivery times
to any military address. All duty or tax is the sole responsibility of
the customer.
Transit
Time and Delivery Estimates
All delivery estimates provided by BellClocks.com are estimates only, based upon the best information
available from the carrier. Shipping and delivery delays are beyond our control, and while unfortunate,
no guarantee or warranty is made once a shipment is accepted by any carrier.
Delivery
problems (including loss and damage) are the responsibility of the carrier. Customers are bound by
procedure(s) of the carrier in any claim, including any associated
delay for determination by the carrier. Delivery problems, including
loss and damage, are NOT grounds for a claim, refund, or chargeback from BellClocks.com. The transit time estimates below are for continental U.S. shipments
only. APO/FPO delivery may require as much as 6-12 weeks or more due to the mobile
nature of many military units.
Standard (ground): 1 - 7 business days
Priority (3 day, 2 day): 1 - 4 business days
Express (Next Day): 1 business day to most locations
Motor Freight: 7 - 21 days dependent upon carrier, volume, and type of
shipment.

basic privacy and security policies, BellClocks.com (Windward
Instruments) does not require "registration" of any kind to browse our
site, contact us, or to place an order. We strictly limit the use

scripting invites hackers, and may provide a "back door" to sensitive

when using our online shopping cart. Our
online shopping cart is not "automated" - all credit card transactions
are manually retrieved, reviewed, and processed, with random phone
verification for additional security.
Credit Card
Information
We do not store your credit card number or other sensitive
information. For this reason, we request you kindly provide us
with your information, including credit card number, each time you make
a secure purchase.
AVAILABILITY
Delays in excess of those
stated are beyond our control, and are not grounds for order
cancellation.
REFUNDS
Windward
Instruments issues refunds via
Check, PayPal, or Credit Card debit transaction to the Credit
Card used for purchase, at our discretion. We endeavor to refund
payments in the form received. Please allow for reasonable processing
time.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Order cancellations made prior
to payment processing will be handled without charge. Order
cancellations made after payment processing, but before shipment, are
subject to a 5% processing fee ($5.00 minimum). Order cancellation
after shipment has occurred are handled under our "No Matter What"
Return Policy.
RETURNED
CHECKS
Checks returned to us
non-paid for any reason are subject to a $25.00 fee. Customer
notification will be sent by email of such occurrence. Replacement
funds for the purchase price, plus $25.00 fee, in the form of credit
card or money order payment, will be due to Windward Instruments
within 5 business days of notification.
RETURN CREDIT
Customers
may elect to receive in-store
credit toward purchase for accepted returns. In-store credits are
subject to return shipping fees and restocking fees (if applicable).
In-store credit must be used within 30 days of issuance.
Please notify us at the time of return if you prefer in-store credit,
or
refund.
EXCHANGES
Please refer to our "No Matter
What" return policy for exchanges.
WARRANTY
All
items are warranted by the manufacturer. While we
are always happy to assist if possible, Windward Instruments is in no
way responsible for warranty terms, or relationship between customer
and manufacturer. To receive warranty service, please follow the
instructions as provided with your item.
SALES TAX
Windward Instruments maintains our office in Indiana. We
are required by State law to collect sales tax on all items that are
sold, or shipped, to a location within Indiana. The current Indiana
sales tax rate is 7.00%.
